1. Rental Process

1.1 Order Process

  • Select equipment from our online catalog
  • Choose rental duration (minimum 1 month for most equipment)
  • Complete account registration and KYC verification
  • Pay rental amount and security deposit
  • Schedule delivery and installation

1.2 Documentation Required

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License)
  • Address proof (Utility bill, Rental agreement, Bank statement)
  • Income proof (Salary slip, Bank statements, ITR)
  • Corporate rentals: Company registration, GST certificate, Authorization letter

1.3 Verification Process

  • Document verification within 24 hours
  • Address verification (if required)
  • Credit score check (for high-value equipment)
  • Reference verification (if applicable)

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Individual Customers

  • Age: 21 years or above
  • Valid Indian address and contact details
  • Stable income source
  • Clear credit history (for premium equipment)

2.2 Corporate Customers

  • Registered business entity
  • Valid GST registration
  • Business operational for minimum 1 year
  • Authorized signatory documentation

2.3 Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse rental services to:

  • Customers with poor rental history
  • Incomplete or fraudulent documentation
  • Customers residing in non-serviceable areas
  • Minors or legally incompetent persons

3. Rental Duration & Pricing

3.1 Rental Periods

  • Short-term: 1-3 months
  • Medium-term: 4-11 months
  • Long-term: 12+ months
  • Event/Project: Daily/Weekly rentals (minimum charges apply)

3.2 Pricing Structure

  • Monthly rental charges as displayed on the website
  • Discounts available for longer rental periods
  • Seasonal pricing may apply
  • Corporate bulk discounts available

3.3 Payment Schedule

  • First month rent + security deposit: Due upon order confirmation
  • Subsequent payments: Due by the 5th of each month
  • Late payment charges: ₹200 + 2% per day after due date
  • Advance payment discounts available for 6+ month commitments

4. Security Deposit

4.1 Deposit Amount

  • Laptops: 1-2 months rent equivalent
  • Desktops: 1-2 months rent equivalent
  • Printers: 1 month rent equivalent
  • Projectors: 2-3 months rent equivalent
  • High-value equipment: Up to 3 months rent equivalent

4.2 Deposit Refund

  • Full refund upon successful return of equipment
  • Deductions for damages, missing accessories, or cleaning charges
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund via original payment method or bank transfer

4.3 Deposit Adjustments

  • Outstanding rental payments
  • Damage repair costs
  • Replacement costs for missing items
  • Late return charges
  • Deep cleaning charges (if applicable)

5. Delivery & Installation

5.1 Delivery Service

  • Free delivery within city limits
  • Delivery charges for locations beyond 25km from city center
  • Express delivery available (additional charges apply)
  • Delivery timeframe: 24-48 hours for in-stock items

5.2 Installation & Setup

  • Free basic installation and setup
  • Software installation (licensed software only)
  • Network configuration and connectivity
  • User orientation and training

5.3 Delivery Conditions

  • Customer or authorized person must be present
  • Suitable space and power connections required
  • Ground floor delivery included; stairs/elevator charges extra
  • Inspection and acceptance required before installation

6. Maintenance & Support

6.1 Included Services

  • 24/7 technical support hotline
  • Remote troubleshooting and assistance
  • On-site repair for hardware issues
  • Preventive maintenance as per schedule
  • Software updates and patches

6.2 Response Time

  • Critical issues: 4-8 hours response
  • Non-critical issues: 24-48 hours response
  • Scheduled maintenance: As per convenience

6.3 Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse or negligence
  • Liquid damage or physical abuse
  • Virus/malware removal (customer responsibility)
  • Data recovery services
  • Third-party software issues

7. Return Conditions

7.1 Return Process

  • 15-day advance notice required for return
  • Schedule return pickup through customer service
  • Equipment inspection at pickup location
  • Return receipt provided after verification

7.2 Return Condition Standards

  • Equipment in working condition
  • All original accessories included
  • No significant physical damage
  • Original packaging preferred but not mandatory
  • Data wiped and factory reset completed

7.3 Return Charges

  • Free pickup within city limits
  • Late return charges: 10% of monthly rent per day
  • Cleaning charges: ₹200-500 depending on equipment
  • Missing accessories replacement cost

8. Damage & Loss Policy

8.1 Damage Categories

  • Minor damage: Cosmetic scratches, minor wear
  • Major damage: Functional impact, screen cracks
  • Total loss: Theft, fire, irreparable damage

8.2 Damage Charges

  • Minor damage: Up to 20% of equipment value
  • Major damage: 21-80% of equipment value
  • Total loss: 100% of equipment value + rental charges
  • Assessment by authorized technician final

8.3 Reporting Requirements

  • Immediate notification of damage/loss
  • Police FIR for theft cases
  • Insurance claim assistance provided
  • Detailed damage report with photographs

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Before delivery: Full refund minus processing charges
  • After delivery (within 48 hours): 50% refund
  • After 48 hours: No refund, regular return process

9.2 Company Cancellation

  • Equipment unavailability or technical issues
  • Customer eligibility issues
  • Force majeure conditions
  • Full refund provided within 5-7 business days

9.3 Processing Charges

  • Order processing: ₹100-500 depending on order value
  • Delivery charges (if applicable)
  • Payment gateway charges

10. Liability & Insurance

10.1 Customer Liability

  • Responsible for equipment safety and security
  • Liable for damage, loss, or theft
  • Must not sublease or transfer equipment
  • Immediate notification of any issues required

10.2 Company Liability

  • Equipment functionality as per specifications
  • Timely delivery and pickup
  • Technical support during rental period
  • Limited to rental amount for service issues

10.3 Insurance Coverage

  • Basic insurance included in rental
  • Covers manufacturing defects and normal wear
  • Excludes damage due to misuse or negligence
  • Additional comprehensive insurance available

10.4 Force Majeure

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions
  • Service interruptions due to uncontrollable circumstances
  • Pro-rata adjustment of rental charges
  • Extension of rental period as compensation
