How does the rental process work?
Simply browse our products, select your rental duration, add to cart, and checkout. We will deliver and set up the equipment at your location within 1-3 business days. Our team handles everything from delivery to pickup.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month for most products. Some specialized equipment may have different minimum periods which will be clearly mentioned on the product page. We offer flexible terms to suit your needs.

Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support for all rented equipment. Our technical team is available via phone, email, and chat to help with any issues you may encounter. We also provide on-site support for complex setups.

What happens if the equipment gets damaged?
Minor wear and tear is covered under normal usage. For accidental damages, repair costs will be assessed and may be deducted from the security deposit. We recommend handling all equipment with care and purchasing our damage protection plan.

How is the security deposit calculated?
Security deposit is typically 3-4 times the monthly rental amount. This amount is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in good working condition. The deposit ensures the safety of our equipment.

Do you deliver pan India?
We currently deliver to major cities across India including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and many more. Please check our delivery locations page or contact us to confirm if we deliver to your area.

Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental period by contacting our customer support team. Extension requests should be made at least 3 days before the current rental period ends. Extension rates are the same as the original monthly rate.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. We are working on adding online payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking which will be available soon.

Do you provide installation and setup?
Yes, we provide free installation and setup service for all rented equipment. Our technicians will deliver, install, and configure the equipment at your location. They will also provide basic training on usage.
Delivery
What if I need to return the equipment early?
You can return equipment early, but charges will apply for the minimum rental period. For example, if you rent for 1 month but return after 15 days, you will still be charged for the full month. No refund for early returns.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer attractive discounts for bulk orders. Orders above ₹10,000 get 20% discount, and we have special rates for long-term rentals (12+ months). Contact our sales team for custom pricing on large orders.

Is insurance included in the rental?
Basic insurance is included in all rentals covering manufacturing defects and normal wear. For additional protection against accidental damage, theft, or loss, you can opt for our comprehensive insurance plan at a small additional cost.
